      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct research and perform analysis to support financial systems and programs
      - Assist with the development and implementation of financial and offset programs
      - Track section metrics and perform account reconciliation processes
      - Participate in special projects and attend meetings on behalf of the division
      - Contribute to the continuous improvement of the department by participating on committees

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Possession of a bachelor’s degree in any major
      - Minimum of one year of professional experience for Departmental Analyst 10
      - Minimum of two years of professional experience for Departmental Analyst P11, including one year at the intermediate level in state service
      - Experience as an advanced 9-level worker in an ECP Group One classification may substitute for education requirement
      - Ability to work onsite in Michigan on designated days

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience writing and reviewing documentation for processes and procedures
      - Familiarity with resolving complex issues through analysis of information from various sources
      - Experience collaborating with diverse staff members
      - Background in creating and facilitating training programs
      - Military service experience at or above the E-6 level
