      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the Community Engagement Officer, focusing on relationships with disparately impacted populations and Tribal Nations
      - Facilitate outreach initiatives and lead departmental programming and services for targeted communities
      - Provide training, policy recommendations, and information gathering for the department
      - Collaborate with internal teams to enhance community engagement efforts
      - Attend outreach events, listening sessions, and meetings statewide as required

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in any major
      - Minimum of four years of professional experience
      - Experience working with disparately impacted populations, including outreach and consultation
      - Knowledge of and experience with Tribal Nations or Native American communities
      - Experience in developing or facilitating training programs focused on cultural competence or community engagement

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in state government or similar public sector roles
      - Proven ability to work effectively in diverse teams and environments
      - Familiarity with policy development and community outreach strategies
      - Skills in data analysis and reporting related to community engagement efforts
