What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Function as a specialist and subject matter expert within the Managed Care Plan Division
- Oversee compliance with care management requirements for health care programs focused on adolescents
- Manage contractual obligations and develop reporting to ensure adherence to program standards
- Collaborate with various sections to assist in quality initiatives related to youth care
- Serve as the primary liaison for the division, facilitating discussions on care management requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Possession of a bachelor's degree in any major
- Minimum of four years of professional experience, including two years at the experienced (P11) level or one year at the advanced (12) level
- Relevant experience documented in a resume, including specific job duties and dates of employment
- Ability to work within Michigan and comply with remote work requirements
- Knowledge of Medicaid and Managed Care systems is preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working within the Foster Care System in the State of Michigan
- Familiarity with Medicaid Managed Care and health plan contracts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Previous roles involving project implementation and oversight
- Experience in developing and analyzing reports related to health metrics
