      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide remote technical support during live deployments of systems to retail customers and vendor partners
      - Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues to ensure seamless installation experiences
      - Manage technical support tickets for deployment-related issues and communicate directly with vendor technicians
      - Generate performance reports for internal stakeholders and prioritize urgent support requests
      - Contribute to improving internal documentation by drafting new Runbooks and suggesting process improvements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of professional Helpdesk or Technical Support experience, ideally in a customer-facing or field operations environment
      - Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware and software platforms
      - Experience using ticketing systems and support tools (e.g., Zendesk, ServiceNow)
      - Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (typically 8 PM to 5 AM PST)
      - Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical issues for non-technical audiences

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with command-line tools (Terminal, SSH, Telnet) and Linux-based systems
      - Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, or outside standard hours when needed
      - Willingness to participate in periodic training or cross-functional meetings during off-shift times
