      BDM- Job Description:Position Overview:This role is a Function for Verizon Ecosystem Unit to drive thought leadership around tech trends in the market which can have impact on GTM in all motions of HCL Verizon relationship Sell to sell with and Sell Through for Wireline. This role involves consultative working with various lines of Business in HCL, different Product units of Verizon and HCL GTM teams for HCL Engagement in Verizon holistically. Qualifications and Skills: 15-20+ years' work experience as a Technical Leader driving Presales Architectures or Solutions for enterprise customers. Thought leader in new Enterprise Networks and having an ability to drive Technical/Business CXO consultative dialogues. Experience as Solution Architect/Presales around Service Provider as a Channel play Direct or Indirect Exposure with GSI preferred. Rich and diverse background and understanding of Global Business, Services play and Outsourcing markets and partnership management. Must have experience in Enterprise Networks and Security , Multi Cloud Networks, Integration with telecom Service providers. Ability to work in a Matrix Organization. Large & Complex Deal Exposure, Ability to Create customer facing proposals/presentations. Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills required. Bachelor s degree required, MBA a plus. Very high energy level with a positive disposition. A self-starter who is customer focused. Ability to quickly learn, multi-task and exhibit a high level of enthusiasm, commitment, initiative, collaboration, and creativity. Ability to understand and work with new emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the Network and Security technology space. Desired Skills: Consultative/Advisory role for shaping Verizon HCL Ecosystem Technical Charter. Work with HCL technology practice teams to define new technology/offerings relevant in market leveraging VZ portfolio. Manage relationship with VZ Architecture/Product/Offering Teams to develop and evangelize various HCL offerings on VZ portfolios. Work with HCL and VZ Sales and Technology teams to identify and qualify new technology solutions and offerings, to identify key customer technical objections and to develop the strategy to resolve technical impediments to business transactions. Support HCL GTM teams for Strategic Opportunities. Experience in Team management. (1.) To ensure project planning [Time/Schedule/Resource/cost] are prepared| reviewed and adhered for successful completion. (2.) To get involved in business development support (3.) To lead| manage| develop and engage the team (4.) To manage key Program Partners / Stakeholders interests for smooth integration and implementation of the program and achievement of its objectives (5.) To proactively identify and mitigate risks & issues (including escalations) for delivery of the program (6.) To plan and manage the program from design to implementation [entire life cycle] in alignment with the strategic intent of the program
