      Job summary

      The Deputy Manager role at Southborough Nursing Home in Surbiton, Surrey offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced nurse to take on a leadership position and contribute to the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care.       Main duties of the job

      As the Deputy Manager, you will work closely with the Home Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring that residents receive the best possible care and support. Your responsibilities will include managing and developing the nursing team, coordinating care planning and delivery, and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and standards. You will be a visible, hands-on leader who can inspire and motivate the team, while also contributing to the overall strategic direction of the home.

Relevant experience in a similar deputy or managerial role within the care sector is highly desirable, as is a demonstrable track record of leading and developing teams to achieve excellent outcomes.
