Job summary
The Deputy Manager role at Southborough Nursing Home in Surbiton, Surrey offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced nurse to take on a leadership position and contribute to the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care. Main duties of the job

You will be a visible, hands-on leader who can inspire and motivate the team, while also contributing to the overall strategic direction of the home.
