- Reach own sales targets and drives sales together with team and manage the boutique in order to achieve sales objectives and KPI’s.
- Concur to the definition of action plans related to the mystery shopping results and ensure their implementation and follow up.
- Address client concerns/disputes/complains assuring the client satisfaction is achieved, maintained and restored.
- In absence of the Store Manager be responsible for the good maintenance, the safe environment, the good functioning of the store as well as the respect of product assortment and visual merchandising guidelines.
- Be the acting Store Manager (with consultant to Store Manager) in the absence of SM during vacation, holidays or business trips.
- When the sales admin of back office is not present, be responsible for the store stock, ensuring to manage it efficiently and effectively according to KPI’s.
- Guarantee the correct application of company norms and procedures (discount etc...).
- Supervise After Sales Service request providing excellent service and recovery as appropriate.
- Organize and implement store rotations, shifts and holidays.
- Capture and maximize every occasion (trainings, events, sales etc...) to coach and support the sales team in order to ensure that each of them is able to provide an unique and memorable shopping experience.
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- At least of 6-8 years of Store/Retail Operations, experience is required, with at least 3 years in relevant role.
- Hand-on retail operations background
- Experience in leading a team, at least 5 years in people leadership capacity
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or marketing major preferred

PositionJob Purpose:
Act as Deputy Store Manager towards customers and the sales team ensuring sales closure and customer satisfaction. Support the store manager in the achievement of the sales objectives by performing regular coaching of the sales team to deliver exceptional service to customers.
