What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with project teams to implement digital design standards, workflows, and templates
- Provide technical support and guidance for software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM 360/ACC
- Develop and deliver educational programs focused on digital design tools and workflows
- Manage Revit skill assessments and coordinate supplemental training for staff
- Document best practices and contribute to the development of internal technology resources
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field required
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience utilizing Revit for architectural or interior design projects
- Proven experience in software implementation or digital workflow support
- Familiarity with design technology ecosystems including AutoCAD, BIM 360/ACC, and Bluebeam
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with excellent communication abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in creating and delivering training content or webinars
- Prior experience with user enablement or mentoring in a professional setting
- Familiarity with Revit add-ins such as Ideate Tools, UNIFI, or Guardian
