      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the first point of contact for employee IT support
      - Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and connectivity issues
      - Set up laptops, desktops, monitors, mobile devices, and peripherals
      - Manage and prioritize helpdesk tickets while providing friendly tech training
      - Assist with IT upgrades, rollouts, and projects to ensure smooth operations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of desktop or IT support experience
      - Strong Windows and hardware troubleshooting skills
      - Experience with Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, and Intune
      - Basic networking knowledge (Cisco experience is a plus)
      - Excellent customer service and communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Associate degree in IT required (Bachelor's degree preferred)
      - Comfort supporting Apple and Android mobile devices
      - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm under pressure
