      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prepare donor correspondences and briefings for Law School and University leadership
      - Track alumni and VIP prospect engagement in collaboration with various teams
      - Generate reports, including weekly donor reports, and assist with gift acknowledgment letters
      - Support alumni engagement events by managing RSVPs, name tags, and vendor relationships
      - Process gifts and maintain confidentiality while ensuring accurate allocation to funds

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma/GED plus 1.5 years of relevant professional experience, or a Bachelor's degree in a relevant area of study
      - Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
      - Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse groups
      - Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suites

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working in an office environment
      - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
      - Experience with Advance or donor database systems
      - Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel
      - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on meeting deadlines
