What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support and lead scrum teams as a Development Product Owner (DPO)
- Collaborate with business and Subject Matter Experts to write, refine, accept, and prioritize stories and features
- Maintain a prioritized work backlog for agile teams, ensuring user stories are consumable and testable
- Serve as a direct representative of the business with delivery teams throughout the product delivery cycle
- Participate in Scrum meetings and product sprints, collaborating with users and clients to translate needs into product requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT delivery, with at least 4 years as a Primary Product Owner or Product Manager
- Proven experience with Scrum and Agile development methodologies
- Experience working in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment
- Background in IT projects related to billing and/or payments
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Mobile Native Product ownership experience
- SAFe Certification (e.g., POPM)
