What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare research profiles analyzing individual, corporate, and foundation prospects for major gift cultivation and solicitation
- Identify and evaluate new prospects in collaboration with supervisors and development officers
- Review and analyze reference sources to support fundraising efforts
- Assist in improving research operations by analyzing current research needs
- Provide data and information for various fundraising projects
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in information science, business, liberal arts, or other research-intensive programs
- Minimum one year of related research experience
- Strong critical thinking skills and decisive judgment
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Capability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with development or relational database software
