- Designs and develops training programs to promote Credit Union growth, team member development and quality service. Training programs include but are not limited to: core system training, sales and service skills training, management development training, computer training, robbery and evacuation training, compliance training and functional job area training.
- Designs, develops, prepares, and conducts department new hire orientations.
- Conducts training classes to support team member professional development, and enhance team member performance and productivity.
- Partners with business units to identify needs and concerns related to team member training and development.
- Collaborates with Talent Analyst to update materials in Knowledge Management System.
- Uses systematic approach for training development including clear behavioral objectives, instructional methodology, and measurements.
- Compiles data and analyzes past and current year's training requirements and programs to ensure effectiveness.
- Maintains attendance records and monitors overall progress of trainees.
- Keeps informed of new developments, methods and techniques in the training field and incorporate changes based off of feedback to ensure the most effective training delivery
- Assists in the preparation of detailed schedules as relates to training. Recommends cost effective revisions to training programs and procedures as warranted.
- Represents Retail Operations on Project Management Office projects and division specific projects. Responsible for other miscellaneous duties as assigned
- Prepare to assist across all communication channels in the Retail Operations to offer support if needed
- Participation in periodic system enhancement testing.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Position Summary:
Responsible for designing, coordinating, monitoring and presenting training and development programs for the Retail Operations (MSSC and Branch) division of the Credit Union. Represents their business area on a variety of enterprise projects and participates in quarterly core system testing for new releases.
