- Physicians Surgical Hospitals includes two surgical centers - Panhandle Surgical Hospital and Quail Creek Surgical Hospital, and one physical therapy center - Quail Creek Physical Therapy - and a state-of-the-art diagnostic imaging center, Advanced Imaging Center of Amarillo.
- The Manager of Diagnostic Imaging is responsible for the daily operations, quality, and performance of the hospital’s Diagnostic Imaging department.
- This includes oversight of radiology services such as X-ray, CT, MRI, and Ultrasound.
- The Manager ensures compliance with regulatory standards, optimizes patient care, manages departmental budgets, and provides leadership to technologists, supervisors, and support staff.
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology or MRI program.
- ARRT (R) certification.
- MRT License from Texas Medical Board.
- Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross within 14 days of hire.
- Bachelor’s degree in radiologic sciences, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-5 years of progressive leadership experience in Diagnostic Imaging.
- Strong knowledge of imaging modalities, regulatory compliance, and healthcare operations.
- Familiarity with PACS, RIS, and EMR systems.
