      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Transcribe patient diet orders to facilitate accurate nourishment delivery
      - Enter and maintain patient dietary specifications, allergies, and preferences
      - Process and check accuracy of patient tray tickets to ensure proper meal delivery
      - Update patient menus and tray tickets as needed, based on patient diet changes
      - Initiate emergency procedures and assist staff to ensure patients are fed during resource limitations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required
      - Minimum of 1 year of related work experience preferred
      - Strong communication skills necessary to interact with patients and staff
      - Ability to accurately handle and track nourishment orders and payments
      - Familiarity with healthcare software systems, such as EPIC

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Prior customer service experience in a healthcare setting
      - Experience with foodservice operations or dietary management
