- Implement the digital and partner publishing strategy across owned and paid social according to the global brand and Originals + Training category calendars.
- Plan and create content to support the Originals and Training brand and category calendars in collaboration with Global / Local comms, agency partners and freelance creatives
- Manage retained digital influencers relationship and content delivery
- Manage and moderate adidas’ social communities, and work with Customer Service to ensure the best possible consumer experience on any social media touch point
- Partner with internal teams such as eCommerce to achieve business goals through end to end campaign planning and execution across social media
- Partner with internal teams such as UK comms to export and amplify local activations
- Manage seasonal sports marketing partner activation content production
- Work with Newsroom Head Office team – PR, Asset Publishing, Analytics – to maximize the publishing mix for all campaigns across owned, earned, paid and partner channels
- Create best in class consumer journeys by connecting social media experiences to adidas digital platforms
- Help educate the team to raise the level of knowledge and understanding of digital publishing and its potential
- Identify platform trends and consumer behavior and feed the insight back into digital and partner publishing output and the wider team
- Achieve on target, on time, in full and in budget results

- Excellent interpersonal / communication skills and high level of strategic thinking
- High understanding of owned channel and paid social landscape
- Advanced experience with all major social media networks: Facebook / Instagram, Google / YouTube, Snapchat etc.
- Keen understanding of the wider publishing mix: owned, earned and paid
- Naturally curious and motivated by the ever changing world of digital and mobile
- Broad understanding of and passion for the sports and fashion / entertainment industry
- Advanced presentation and organizational skills
- Understand the Editorial process

- 5+ years’ industry and / or relevant work experience
- Fluent written and spoken English language skills
Purpose:
Deliver compelling storytelling for adidas Originals and Training with key culture, entertainment, and sports marketing partners across social platforms and in key media, both traditional and new platforms. In collaboration with culture marketing, sports marketing, and digital influencers, ensure brand stories are amplified through adidas cultural network channels with consistency, scale, and impact. Landing brand and category messaging with the culturally aware and discerning Gen-Z UK lifestyle consumer, through owned, paid and partner publishing, driving conversation both one to one and at scale.
You must know your way around social media way more than the average person - we want you to fine tune what goes in feed, be on top of the latest trends on TikTok, be clear on what makes people watch beyond the first few seconds and be able to flag any emerging opportunities on platforms we might not have heard of yet.
Attention to detail is critical. Our publishing gets seen by millions - you should be able to win your local spelling bee and have an eye for creative review.

You will control the publishing rollout for Originals and Training and will need to deliver consistent updates to the business on what we've got planned and how our work has performed - in reports and in person in team and category meetings.
