      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and manage the implementation of new services, functionality, and upgrades to digital platforms
      - Collaborate with digital banking vendors and third-party service providers to enhance customer experience
      - Develop and maintain diagrams illustrating interactions between digital banking systems and service providers
      - Provide Tier 3 customer support for unresolved inquiries from lower tiers
      - Identify and report bugs and issues within the digital banking platform and app

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in IT, Data Analysis, Business, or a related field
      - Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in digital banking or a similar field
      - Ability to read/write SQL data query language
      - Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
      - Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in daily functions

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of coding
      - Experience with software development and vendor management
      - Familiarity with cybersecurity trends and technology legislation
      - Previous experience in customer service within the banking or financial sector
      - Proven ability to form strong relationships and collaborate effectively in a team
