  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Create engaging written and visual content, including graphics and videos, for various digital platforms
  - Develop and manage multimedia story packages and content aligned with the editorial calendar
  - Produce newsletters that drive audience engagement and inform about conservation efforts
  - Utilize analytics to evaluate content performance and make data-informed recommendations
  - Assist with video content creation, including scripting and editing, while coordinating outsourcing as needed
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  - Proven experience in writing, editing, and proofreading
  - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  - Experience in cultivating and managing client/customer relationships
  - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience in creating social-first and multimedia content packages
  - Familiarity with CMS, SEO, SEM, and analytics tools
  - Background in digital design and creating social media videos
  - Knowledge of best practices across digital and social media platforms
  - Multilingual skills and multicultural experience appreciated
