What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Edit and produce weekly podcast episodes from raw audio and video files
- Create and edit short-form and long-form video content for the employer's website and social media channels
- Ensure videos meet marketing specifications, guidelines, and brand standards
- Collaborate with team members and builder partners on video and podcast projects
- Support general marketing projects, including content promotion and campaign execution
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience in digital content production, specifically video and podcast editing
- Familiarity with professional video editing software such as Final Cut Pro and Adobe Premiere Pro
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote environment
- Excellent attention to detail and quality control
- Knowledge of basic video and audio editing principles
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong project management and time management skills
- Experience working with multi-track and split audio recordings
- Understanding of video encoding formats and export settings
- Experience using high-resolution file transfer applications
- Working knowledge of aspect ratios and standard social media video sizes
