What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, build, and launch a digital customer success strategy, including vision, roadmap, and KPIs
- Develop and implement automation workflows, in-app messaging, and lifecycle campaigns to engage customers
- Create digital onboarding and education resources to empower customer self-sufficiency
- Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to align digital customer success initiatives with company goals
- Analyze customer data to identify patterns and opportunities for proactive engagement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital customer success, SaaS, or technology roles
- Proven experience building digital customer success programs in a SaaS environment
- Strong understanding of customer health metrics and experience using data to drive engagement
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Project management skills to drive initiatives from concept to execution
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field
- Experience designing or managing customer onboarding journeys at scale
- Familiarity with customer success and automation tools such as Salesforce, Zendesk, and Gainsight
- Experience in fast-paced SaaS or startup environments
