What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead engagement strategies across platforms such as Reddit, Quora, Avvo, and Justia
- Build and manage each client's community identity, providing authoritative insights and legal guidance
- Manage the complete engagement cycle, from research and participation to writing and analysis
- Collaborate with SEO and Content teams to enhance community work within broader search strategies
- Track performance analytics and establish KPIs tied to referral traffic and case inquiries
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4+ years of experience in community management, engagement, or reputation work, preferably in professional services or agency environments
- Proven success in building credibility on Reddit and Quora with a solid understanding of platform culture
- Strong writing ability that adapts to different platforms and audiences
- Experience managing multiple client accounts and navigating diverse community standards
- Background in translating complex topics for general audiences
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience creating Wikipedia pages with accountability for performance, including knowledge of notability guidelines and editorial processes
- Familiarity with community dynamics and online reputation management
