      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Own full-cycle recruiting for Patient Enrollment Specialists and related healthcare sales roles, primarily contractor positions
      - Proactively source and scout candidates with relevant backgrounds in healthcare sales, call center, and medical device sales
      - Conduct phone and video screens focused on objection handling, persuasion skills, and professional communication
      - Partner with hiring managers to understand performance expectations and traits of top performers
      - Track and report recruiting metrics, including time to hire and pipeline conversion rates

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3+ years of recruiting experience, with direct experience in healthcare, sales, or high-volume frontline roles
      - Proven ability to recruit for performance-driven roles measured by conversion and productivity
      - Highly organized and agile, capable of managing multiple open roles simultaneously
      - Strong interviewer with the ability to assess sales aptitude and communication quality
      - Experience using and managing applicants in an ATS, preferably Greenhouse

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a fast-paced, metrics-driven recruiting environment
      - Familiarity with performance-based hiring metrics
      - Strong tech-savviness and resourcefulness in optimizing workflows
      - Experience in recruiting for call center or inside sales roles
