What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the implementation of Digital Health Solutions, ensuring effective communication between laboratory operations and hospital systems
- Manage diagnostic lab middleware solutions to optimize workflows and data accuracy
- Develop and execute project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessments for diagnostic equipment rollouts
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and validation of Digital Health Solutions in laboratories
- Maintain compliance with regulatory agencies and quality standards throughout project execution
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Extensive experience with Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) platforms such as EPIC Beaker, Cerner, and Meditech
- Strong understanding of diagnostic lab middleware and laboratory automation
- Proven track record in managing laboratory diagnostic equipment projects
- Excellent project management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3+ years of project management experience with large-scale LIS implementations
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and laboratory quality assurance standards
- Knowledge of emerging trends in laboratory informatics
- Prior experience in sales, marketing, service, or support functions related to digital products
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
