What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver telehealth visits, including evaluation, assessment, and treatment plan development using a digital platform
- Perform Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) services, including interactive communication and monitoring
- Support digital services with accurate documentation and reporting
- Collaborate with operations to meet patient care and staffing needs for digital services
- Develop regional strategies for growth and implementation of digital services
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be a licensed Physical Therapist in Florida
- Minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Experience providing Digital Health Services preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with telehealth platforms and digital health technologies
- Familiarity with APTA/AOTA guidelines and standards of practice
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
