What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver telehealth visits, evaluation, assessment, and treatment plan development using a digital platform
- Perform Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) services with interactive communication and monitoring
- Support digital services with appropriate documentation
- Develop regional strategy for growth and implementation of digital services
- Maintain regular reporting and data analysis of regional service metrics
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Licensed Physical/Occupational Therapist
- Minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience
- Bilingual fluent in English/Spanish
- Experience providing Digital Health Services preferred
- Understanding and adherence to APTA/AOTA Guidelines
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience providing Digital Health Services
- Certification in Digital Health Services
