What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze and interpret digital marketing and website analytics data to provide actionable insights and recommendations
- Monitor day-to-day performance of digital marketing channels, proactively identifying risks, anomalies, and optimization opportunities
- Build, maintain, and automate reports and dashboards to support marketing and growth decisions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, BI, and IT to support analytics and reporting needs
- Track competitor activity and industry trends to provide context and insights
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing analytics, e-commerce, or user experience (UX) analytics
- Strong understanding of digital marketing KPIs and their impact on acquisition and growth outcomes
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Demonstrated ability to turn data into insights that influence decisions
- Hands-on experience with data visualization and dashboard development
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience using Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics and digital ad platforms (Google Ads, Adobe, Microsoft Ads, etc.)
- Familiarity with BigQuery, SQL, Google Tag Manager, and Salesforce
- Experience building dashboards in PowerBI or similar BI tools
