What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the delivery of digital marketing and analytics services for assigned clients
- Serve as the main point of contact for client communications, strategy discussions, and performance updates
- Ensure timely project delivery that meets client objectives and aligns with quality standards
- Analyze project outcomes and retention data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance client experiences and contribute to process improvements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 2 years of professional experience in digital marketing, analytics, or project management, or equivalent education
- Strong understanding of SEO, digital advertising, and social media strategy
- Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, and major social media ad platforms
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and relationship management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Google Looker Studio, Google Tag Manager, and Crazy Egg (heat/scroll mapping)
- Familiarity with the Finalsite Platform
