What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Execute go-to-market digital programs, including search, paid social media, display, and email marketing
- Collaborate with the Director of Digital Strategy and Development to optimize lead-generation campaigns
- Manage Google Ads campaigns and other SEM strategies to enhance traffic and conversion rates
- Conduct competitive analysis and stay updated on industry trends and best practices
- Develop graphics and content for various digital channels, including websites and social media
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in digital marketing roles
- Master’s degree in marketing or a related field
- Expertise in SEO and SEM/paid search campaigns
- Solid knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other digital marketing tools
- Strong written communication and content development skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Google Ads certification
- Previous experience in the healthcare industry
- Familiarity with a variety of content management systems (e.g., Drupal, WordPress)
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development
