- Plan, monitor, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across search, display, video, social media, and related channels.
- Analyze campaign, website, email, CRM, and social media performance data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and performance tracking tools for leadership and stakeholders.
- Support website performance, SEO, accessibility, customer experience, and conversion optimization.
- Coordinate digital marketing projects, vendor support, platform updates, and marketing technology initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Three to five years of experience in digital marketing, paid media, performance marketing, or related work.
- Experience with tools such as Google Ads, Meta, Google Analytics, CRM systems, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, WordPress, and related platforms.
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and project management skills.
- Experience with SEO, A/B testing, conversion optimization, data visualization, and digital campaign reporting preferred.
