What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the creation and optimization of Facebook/Instagram campaigns based on client goals
- Execute tests and analyze data to maximize ROI in paid search campaigns
- Track and report on website analytics and PPC initiatives
- Edit and update existing email marketing templates
- Provide general support and assistance for builder partners
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Home builder experience required
- Minimum of 3 years of proven digital marketing experience with a focus on driving traffic that converts
- At least 2 years of experience with both paid search and social advertising
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Google Analytics; experience with Google Data Studio is a plus
- Excellent written communication skills and an organized, driven approach to work
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- A general passion for House Hunters International on HGTV (optional, but strongly encouraged!)
