What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, execute, and optimize end-to-end retargeting ad campaigns across various digital platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn)
- Manage the HubSpot platform, including building and maintaining workflows for lead nurturing and marketing automation
- Segment audiences effectively to deliver personalized messaging that guides potential customers through the sales funnel
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with content and sales teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business objectives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
- 2-3 years of proven experience in a digital marketing role focused on paid advertising and campaign management
- Demonstrable proficiency in HubSpot Marketing Hub
- Hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads
- Strong analytical skills with a passion for data-driven decision-making
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- HubSpot certifications are a strong plus
- Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization techniques
- Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for digital marketing and technology
