      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with a 65+ person marketing team to build brand awareness and drive revenue
      - Execute digital marketing buys with the support of the Digital Marketing Manager and Director
      - Manage Google tools and platforms, including Google Local Service Ads and PPC advertising
      - Analyze and report on marketing performance, leveraging data for insights to drive leads
      - Maintain up-to-date knowledge on local marketing plans and digital trends

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications
      - Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience
      - Hands-on experience in digital marketing, including paid search, LSAs, lead generation, and Google Analytics
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
      - Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including LOOKUP functions and Pivot tables

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Multi-location marketing experience
      - Experience with visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
      - Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
