What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create compelling digital content across social media, email, website/blog, SMS, and campaigns
- Manage social media presence and monitoring to enhance engagement
- Assist in the development of content calendars aligned with organizational goals
- Track performance metrics and provide regular reports to inform strategy
- Stay updated on social, SEO, and email marketing trends to strengthen marketing efforts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Mature Christian faith and alignment with organizational values
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, communications, or a related field preferred
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in social media management and/or email marketing
- Excellent writing and digital skills with a clear, donor-facing style
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, or similar marketing tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Basic graphic design experience (Canva or Adobe Suite)
- Experience running paid social ads
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment
- Strong grasp of SEO and ability to integrate insights into content planning
- Collaborative communicator who takes feedback well
