What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and manage the Digital pod, setting priorities and driving performance
- Build and optimize a comprehensive measurement framework using GA4, GTM, and Looker Studio
- Oversee B2B paid media operations, including Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
- Drive Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategy through A/B testing and user experience analysis
- Collaborate with Marketing Ops to optimize lead flow and scoring within Marketo/Salesforce
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Advanced proficiency in GA4, GTM, and Looker Studio, with a strong understanding of attribution modeling and B2B funnel analysis
- Hands-on experience running and scaling campaigns in Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads for B2B audiences
- Strong grasp of A/B testing, landing page optimization, and UX principles
- Working knowledge of B2B SEO principles and marketing automation platforms (Marketo or Salesforce)
- Exceptional ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations for clients and leadership
