What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the execution of paid search (PPC, SEM) and paid social media campaigns
- Coordinate with agency partners to ensure alignment with strategic marketing objectives
- Support the digital marketing manager in developing campaign strategies and performance analysis
- Collaborate with growth and product marketing teams to enhance audience targeting and messaging
- Provide ad hoc data analysis and insights for monthly planning and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-5 years of hands-on experience as a digital marketing professional, running enterprise-level paid media campaigns
- Experience with building, bulk editing, and optimizing campaigns in Google Ads & Bing Ads Editor
- Proficiency in audience targeting and remarketing strategies within LinkedIn
- Solid understanding of SEO and social media co-optimization strategies
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications, particularly advanced Excel, and familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, and Google Data Studio
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with start-ups or high-growth/PE-backed companies
- Familiarity with ABM tools such as Zoominfo, Dreamdata, Salesforce, Wrike, and Zapier
- Demonstrated experience in developing sophisticated search media plans and strategies
