What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with strategic marketing and cross-functional teams to execute digital marketing plans that effectively engage target audiences
- Develop and implement digital programs and tactics to build brand awareness and generate leads
- Oversee website development and manage digital agencies to ensure optimal performance
- Utilize marketing automation platforms to support lead generation and nurture campaigns
- Establish and track KPIs, SEO results, and ROI targets for all digital marketing campaigns
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Digital Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in a B2B digital marketing role, including managing website design and development
- Proficiency with WordPress, Google Analytics, and marketing automation systems (HubSpot preferred)
- Experience managing paid search, paid social, and display advertising programs
- Excellent project management skills and a team player mentality
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certification in Advanced Digital Media Marketing, Google Digital Marketing, or Google Analytics
- Experience partnering with third-party vendors to launch digital campaigns
- Proven track record of achieving profitable ROI on digital marketing efforts
