What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process and review mobile deposits, ACH transactions, wire transfers, and RDI transactions
- Balance files daily and resolve exceptions in a timely and accurate manner
- Conduct daily General Ledger reconciliations for all digital clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve operational workflows and client outcomes
- Manage and resolve tickets in accordance with established Rules of Engagement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in deposit operations, banking operations, or a related financial services role
- Strong understanding of NACHA rules and applicable banking regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate in a cross-functional, remote environment

- Experience in the fintech industry
- Knowledge of operational risk controls and compliance requirements
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize effectively in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
