      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Define business requirements and create user stories based on business objectives and end-user experiences
      - Execute product roadmap deliverables, including user personas, journey maps, and testing scripts
      - Monitor progress of ongoing capability enhancement roadmap and provide updates
      - Analyze customer insights, industry trends, and analytics for assigned features
      - Collaborate with various teams, including User Experience and Digital Technology, to implement new functionalities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3+ years of experience in e-commerce business, with 1-2 years in product management
      - Proven experience in partnering with cross-functional teams through ideation, design, and delivery of digital products
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to discuss technical concepts
      - Experience in consumer research and testing methodologies
      - Strong acumen for web analytics and market research, with the ability to build ROI-driven business cases

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a fast-paced e-commerce environment
      - Familiarity with agile development methodologies
      - Knowledge of key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to e-commerce
      - Experience with user acceptance testing and optimization strategies
      - Passion for the retail industry and understanding of current market trends
