      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee the entire project lifecycle on digital projects, managing multidisciplinary teams and client communications
      - Ensure the highest quality deliverables to promote client satisfaction and manage project expectations
      - Lead business development efforts from a delivery perspective and assist in developing resource requirements and schedules
      - Monitor project team engagement and performance, providing feedback and facilitating effective communication
      - Serve as the day-to-day Project Manager for larger, strategic clients and engagements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree
      - Minimum of 3-6 years of Project Management experience, with at least 2 years in the Digital or Tech space
      - Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams and project scopes, budgets, and resources
      - Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with advanced problem-solving capabilities
      - Demonstrated ability to plan and manage at both strategic and tactical levels

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies within an agency or design/tech consultancy
      - Strong documentation and time management skills
      - Ability to foster open communication and lead by example in team settings
      - Familiarity with digital climates and measuring the success of digital efforts
      - Proven ability to adapt strategies and tactics to fit fluid circumstances
