What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Consult with customers to understand their needs and drive the adoption of digital solutions
- Collaborate with sales and digital networking teams to enhance product utilization among surgeons
- Develop and maintain relationships with key surgeon thought leaders to create a qualified lead funnel
- Engage with prospective customers through various communication channels to convey the value of digital solutions
- Manage administrative tasks including reporting and activity organization using Salesforce.com
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a business development role within the medical field
- Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration and influencing customers
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly
- Self-directed and capable of meeting project goals with minimal supervision
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Basic understanding of HL7, PACS, DICOM, and EPIC interfaces
- Experience working in hospital operating room environments
- Background in training physicians on medical technologies
