What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to design and execute digital campaigns and projects
- Work with the Web App Development team to build and optimize web and mobile applications
- Develop culturally relevant digital solutions tailored to Indigenous clients' needs
- Participate in cross-functional teams to deliver seamless digital experiences from concept to deployment
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve outcomes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, digital arts, marketing, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in front-end development (React, Angular, JavaScript, HTML/CSS) and digital marketing
- Experience working with Indigenous communities, demonstrating cultural awareness and sensitivity
- Proven experience in client engagement, project management, and technical documentation
- Must be able to pass a background check

- Familiarity with modern frameworks and digital marketing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Figma
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate professionally and articulately
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in content creation and social media management
