      Digital Transformation with AirTable Consultant

      About this position

      We are looking for a consultant to support our organization in transforming our Leads Sourcing processes into automated workflows using AirTable and integrating sourcing process between different work units and systems (ie. Salesforce). The consultant will work with us to understand our business needs and design, develop, and implement custom AirTable solutions that optimize our operations.

      You will work with the Digital Transformation Team in coordination with the Discovery and Investment units. This team is responsible for the implementation of IDB Lab’s Digital Growth Plan.

      What you’ll do :

      The activities to be performed by the consultant include but not limited to:

      · Conducting an analysis of our current processes and identifying opportunities for next phase of automation using AirTable.

      · Co-designing and developing custom AirTable solutions that meet our business needs from an operational and on-going governance standpoint (process management, analytics, systems interoperability, unit teams’ collaboration).

      · Creating training materials and conducting training sessions to ensure the successful adoption of AirTable by our team.

      · Providing ongoing support to ensure the smooth running of AirTable solutions.

      Deliverables and Payments Timeline :

      Reporting:

      · The consultant will report to Mara Balestrini and will be required to provide regular progress reports and updates.

      · The consultant will co-create and collaborate with a team of AirTable Champions that has led the first stage of the digital transformation process.

      Confidentiality:

      The consultant will be required to sign a confidentiality agreement and comply with our organization's data protection policies and procedures.

      The consultant will be responsible for delivering the following:

      · A comprehensive review and documentation of our current and desired vision for Leads Sourcing and Managing processes (interviews with key stakeholders, focus groups, feedback surveys, documentation review, etc).

      · Recommendations for automation of diverse sourcing use cases (Ex. Regular sourcing, innovation challenges, country calls for proposals).

      · Timeline and work plan for implementation of the consultancy.

      · Co-design of governance model balancing agility, long term sustainability and talent resources.

      · Custom and develop AirTable solutions that meet our business needs, including workflows, Interfaces Design (dashboards for analytics, leads management in Interface-only collaborators), Multi-source databases, and reports.

      · Training materials and conducting training sessions for our team members including as a minimum: AirTable “Sneak Peak” or 101 (6 weekly sessions x 30 mins), Hands-on custom training (2 sessions x 1hr), Train-the-Trainer for champions (3 sessions x 1 hr), Office Hours (as needed).

      · Self-service resources to place on our shared space and/or an Interface for easy access within AirTable (FAQs, Videos, etc).

      · Ongoing support to ensure the successful adoption and operation of AirTable solutions.

      · Progress report every 2 weeks for AirTable champion leads and management team .

      What you'll need

      · Education: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent advanced degree) in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or other fields relevant to the responsibilities of the role.

      · Experience: At least 2 years of proven experience in digital transformation projects and AirTable implementation.

      · Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.

      · Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

      · Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.

      · Advanced experience with AirTable Interface Design.

      · Languages: Proficiency in Spanish and English, spoken and written, is required. Additional knowledge of French and Portuguese is preferable.

      Evaluation Criteria

      The consultant will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

      · Ability to understand our business needs and provide customized AirTable solutions.

      · Effectiveness of training and support provided.

      · Ability to meet deadlines and milestones.

      Submission Requirements

      Interested consultants should submit a proposal that includes the following:

      · An overview of the consultant's experience and qualifications.

      · Proposed approach and methodology for the project.

      · References from previous clients.

      Requirements:

      · Citizenship: You are a citizen of one of our 48-member countries.

      · Consanguinity: You have no family members (up to the fourth degree of consanguinity and second degree of affinity, including spouse) working at the IDB, IDB Invest, or IDB Lab.

      Type of contract and duration:

      · Type of contract: Products and External Services Consultant (PEC), Lump Sum

      · Length of contract: 5 months

      · Work Location: Residence consultant
