What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Inquire, sign, and establish new direct auto dealers within the assigned metropolitan region
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing dealers
- Train dealer personnel to ensure effective operations
- Provide updates to senior leadership on industry trends and dealer performance
- Address service issues and manage risk related to dealer relationships
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or GED from an accredited institution
- 3 to 5 years of outside sales experience or relevant field
- Proven ability in product/service presentation, negotiation, and closing deals
- Self-starter with the ability to prioritize tasks and work with limited supervision
- Effective in dealer servicing and retention strategies

- Experience in the financial services industry or direct auto lending
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
