What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the operational and direct auto purchase sales processes within a specific metropolitan region
- Inquire, sign, and set up new direct auto dealers
- Maintain and manage dealer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Train dealer personnel on products and services
- Update senior leaders on industry trends and address dealer service issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or GED from an accredited institution
- 3 to 5 years of outside sales experience or related field
- Proven effectiveness in product/service presentation, negotiation, and closing sales
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with limited supervision
- Strong skills in dealer servicing and retention
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the financial services industry or automotive sales
- Established network of contacts within the auto dealership community
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and dealer performance
- Proficiency in CRM software or sales management tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
