What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Inquire, sign, and set up new direct auto dealers to expand the dealer network
- Manage and maintain relationships with auto dealers
- Train dealer personnel to ensure effective operations
- Provide updates to senior leaders on industry trends and market conditions
- Address dealer service issues to enhance satisfaction and retention
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or GED from an accredited institution
- 3 to 5 years of outside sales experience or in a related field
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work with limited supervision
- Proven effectiveness in dealer servicing and retention
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the financial services industry
- Familiarity with auto lending processes
- Strong networking skills to build and maintain dealer relationships
- Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly
