Job Description

- B. Degree in Marketing, Economics or Business Studies plus 3 years benefit consulting and pension fund industry experience.
- An assertive self-starter with excellent organisational skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Well organized and attentive to details.
- Excellent relationship building and conflict handling skills.
- The ability to work under pressure while maintaining excellent client relationships and high service levels;
- Fluent in English;
- The ability to converse in the other local languages will be an advantage; and
- Drivers’ licence.
- Manage and retain the portfolio of Direct Orion Sub-Funds, recommending enhanced products / services to suit the client's needs;
- Conduct Management Committee meetings and presentations to Orion Direct clients;
- Manage client relationships proactively;
- Prepare and implement a strategy for servicing the direct portfolio of clients;
- Assist with managing Group Assurance Products (risk benefits) and processes;
- Manage support staff;
- Work closely with Corporate Segment Management to ensure that all contracted client deliveries relevant to the Corporate Segment business are achieved; and
- Collaborate with other OMCS teams to deliver a top-quality service to Orion Direct clients.
