What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Originate consumer loans, including home equity loans and lines of credit, through proactive outreach
- Meet specific loan volume origination goals established annually
- Identify lending solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs
- Engage customers in the loan application process using digital tools
- Conduct post-closing follow-up connections with customers to ensure satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three or more years of job-related retail banking experience or a combination of lending/credit experience and training
- National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008
- Strong customer service skills with effective communication abilities
- Proven ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms

- Strong sales aptitude and self-motivation to achieve production goals
