What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify and cultivate new commercial business prospects to provide Property and Casualty insurance to large retail automobile dealers
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Manage an existing territory to drive growth and profitability
- Make sales presentations to clients in person or via Microsoft Teams
- Collaborate with field team members to enhance customer relationships and ensure seamless program implementation

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or Equivalent and 1 or more years of experience in the sales area, or Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice with an Associate Degree and no prior sales experience required
- Knowledge of principles of sales, sales techniques, and sales terminology
- Understanding of requirements within the insurance industry regulatory environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to obtain necessary insurance licenses in required states

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2 or more years of Business to Business sales experience
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Licensed to sell insurance in required states
- Experience analyzing financial statements
