What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct 6-12 in-home appointments per week from pre-qualified leads
- Follow up with potential customers between appointments to nurture leads
- Achieve sales targets of $500k+ within the first 4 to 8 months
- Generate $1.5 - $3M in annual revenue starting in the second year, with a 30-40% sales success rate
- Maintain high customer satisfaction rates of 9 or 10
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Driven and persistent with a strong sense of urgency
- Basic mathematical skills and effective communication skills, both in person and in writing
- Self-motivated and competitive nature, thriving in a sales environment
- Ability to leverage common sales strategies to build trust with potential clients
- Must be comfortable maintaining composure with colleagues and customers at all times
