- Foster strong relationships with partners, serving as the primary contact to ensure long-term success.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans or OKRs for each partner.
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for KPI improvements.
- Create new growth opportunities and negotiate mutually beneficial deals.
- Provide insights and updates to partners and internal teams.
- Resolve operational challenges swiftly to maintain smooth collaboration.
- MBA or equivalent preferred.
- 6+ years in Business Development, Partnerships, or Management Consulting (McKinsey, Bain, BCG preferred).
- Proven success in managing complex projects from start to finish.
- Strong work ethic, quick learner, and high-growth mindset.
- Data-driven with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

About the Role
As the Director, Business Development and Partnerships, you will drive the growth and success of our partner ecosystem by managing existing partnerships and securing new collaborations aligned with our vision. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to craft and execute partnership strategies that deliver business outcomes, reporting directly to the VP of Partnerships.
